How we operate?

  • 1. Book a consultation

    • Before we can provide you with our services, you must book an initial consultation. Consultations cost £500 per hour
    • Book a consultation through the form on the right, or call us at 020 344 20 277
    • We will send you an invoice for the consultation. Once payment is made, your consultation booking details shall be confirmed by us
    • Consultations can take place face-to-face at one of our London offices, or on video conferencing platform such as Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp etc
    • If the consultation is face-to-face, you will be required to complete a client intake form beforehand.
    • If the consultation is not face-to-face, we will send you the client intake form beforehand by email. 
    • During the consultation, your immigration advisor shall ascertain the best route for you to take.

  • 2. Starting your immigration application

    • An invoice will be sent to you containing the professional fees and disbursements for  your application. 
    • Only when payment is confirmed,you will be sent a client care letter, letter of authority and UK GDPR data subject consent form. You must complete and sign each of  these documents. 
    • The client care letter contains all the documents we require from you in order to initiate your applicatio

  • 3. Outcome of your application

    • The outcome of your application will be communicated to you within 3 working days.
    • We will provide you with a client closure letter.
    • If a negative decision comes back, you may need to book a further consultation in order for us to strategise on what steps to take.

Faizeh Pourvastegar

Ms Pourvastegar is the director of Immigration Matters Ltd. She is also a specialist immigration lawyer regulated by the OISC. She possesses 12 years of legal experience. Mrs Faizeh is also fluent in 7 languages.
